Kara’s Cupcakes in San Jose's Santana Row has always featured delectable baby cakes — rich chocolate cupcakes topped with a swirl of raspberry buttercream, for example, or peanut butter milk-chocolate ganache. This summer, they've added Sweet Summer S'mores, a chocolate cupcake with toasted marshmallow frosting and a sugar star.
